God, My Deliverer

See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal: neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand. Deut 32:39 KJV

Here, included in this song of deliverance, we see a gracious reminder of the power of God, the judgment of God, and the promise of God. He makes it clear to the recipient of this verse, that He is the only one and true God. We cannot overlook His omnipotence to give life or take it away. Moreover, He reminds those who belong to Him, that no one can take them out from under His hand of protection.

Have you struggled today, with a fear of what may come your way in the future? God assures us in His word, that He is in control, that He holds our future, and that He is watching over us to lead and guide us in the right direction. Therefore, rejoice today, accept and believe that God has you in His hand.

Dear Heavenly Father and King,
I confess that you are my deliverer. I choose to trust you for my future. I choose to trust you for my health. I choose to trust you as my protector. Help me now to believe in my heart and my head. Help me now, to release all these fears that have held me captive. I pray in Jesus Name, Amen
